1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

"Goldyears", "we", "us", "our" refers to Goldyears, based at 230 Silom Road, Suriyawong, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
"Service" refers to the educational sessions and programmes offered by Goldyears, including but not limited to the Getting Started Information Session, the Document Filing & Storage Workshop, and the Comprehensive Records Setup Programme.
"Participant" or "you" refers to any individual who books or attends a Goldyears session.
"Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation issued by Goldyears.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a Goldyears session or submitting an enquiry through our website at goldyearsc.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or attend a session.

You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in a Goldyears session.

3. Nature of the Service

Goldyears sessions are strictly educational and organisational in nature. They are designed to help participants understand, sort, and store personal documents relating to retirement. The content of all sessions is informational only.

Goldyears does not provide:

Financial advice or investment guidance of any kind
Legal advice or representation
Tax advice
Medical or healthcare guidance
Regulated services of any kind

If you require advice in any of these areas, please consult a suitably qualified professional. Nothing in our sessions should be construed as a substitute for professional advice.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

Bookings are accepted by email confirmation from Goldyears following receipt of your enquiry. A booking is confirmed only when you have received a written confirmation from us.

4.2 Payment

Session fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) prior to attendance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices include all session materials and a written post-session summary.

4.3 Pricing

Getting Started Information Session: ฿3,800 per person
Document Filing & Storage Workshop: ฿14,800 per person
Comprehensive Records Setup Programme: ฿32,000 per booking (up to two participants)

Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 By you

Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice: no charge
Cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice: full refund minus any processing fees
Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice: no refund
Non-attendance without notice: no refund

5.2 By Goldyears

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled date. We will not be liable for any costs you may have incurred in connection with the session (for example, travel costs).

6. Participant Responsibilities

By attending a Goldyears session, you agree to:

Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
Not record sessions (audio, video, or otherwise) without prior written consent from Goldyears
Not disrupt the session or share information disclosed by other participants
Accept that the session does not constitute professional advice of any kind

7. Your Documents

Any personal documents you choose to bring to a session remain your sole responsibility at all times. Goldyears does not hold, copy, photograph, or retain any participant documents. We will not be liable for loss or damage to documents you bring to a session.

8. Intellectual Property

All session materials, including printed guides, checklists, templates, and written summaries provided by Goldyears, are the intellectual property of Goldyears. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use these materials for your own record-keeping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Sessions are provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate and relevant, we do not guarantee that any particular outcome will result from attending a session. The effectiveness of any filing or organisational system depends on how it is implemented and maintained by the participant.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Goldyears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your attendance at, or reliance on, any Goldyears session. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant session.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Goldyears harmless from any claims, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our sessions in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
