Who are these sessions for?
Anyone approaching or already in retirement who wants a clearer, simpler system for their paperwork. We work with individuals, couples, and adult children helping an older parent get organised.
Do you give financial or legal advice?
No. Goldyears sessions are purely educational and organisational. We do not advise on investments, pensions, wills, or legal matters. For those areas, please consult a suitably qualified professional.
How long is each session?
The Getting Started Session runs approximately two hours. The Filing & Storage Workshop is a half-day (around four hours). The Comprehensive Records Programme is spread across multiple half-day sessions, usually over two or three weeks.
Do I need to bring anything to the session?
For the Getting Started Session, there is nothing to bring — just yourself. For the Workshop and Programme, we send a short preparation guide beforehand so you know what is helpful to have with you.
Are sessions available in Thai?
Currently our sessions are conducted in English. We can provide some written materials with Thai translations for key terms on request. Please mention this when you get in touch.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule at no extra cost. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the full details on rescheduling and cancellations.
